The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with attention to detail and luxurious amenities. the location is great, with easy access to public transportation and attractions. the staff goes above and beyond to provide excellent service, making you feel well taken care of.

There is no business center, which can be inconvenient if you need to print or work. there is no pool, so keep that in mind if you were expecting to relax by the poolside.

The hotel is located directly next to the nice shopping stores, making it perfect for those who love to shop. The neighborhood is very good and provides a pleasant atmosphere. Additionally, the hotel is situated in the perfect shopping area of this city.

This hotel offered a truly luxurious experience, with exclusive amenities that met all our needs. the Spa & wellness centre was outstanding, with a rooftop pool and sun terrace providing amazing views. the massage and steam room made us feel completely rejuvenated. the restaurant was top-notch, offering special diet menus, halal and kosher food. Our room was beautifully decorated and offered exclusive facilities that made us feel like royalty.

the bar area could have been more inviting as it lacked a bit of atmosphere.

I absolutely loved the location of the hotel. It was so convenient to walk to all the attractions and high-end stores in the area. The staff, from the front desk to the doormen and concierge, were all fantastic and made me feel welcome. The junior suite I stayed in was perfect, with an exquisite view and a dreamy starry roof above the bed. The room amenities, like the Jo Malone toiletries and complimentary fully loaded mini bar, added a luxurious touch to my stay. The room service and food at the 1-star Michelin restaurant were fantastic. The staff at the lobby were friendly and always went above and beyond to ensure my safety in the city. I had a wonderful experience at Monument Hotel and would highly recommend it.

The hotel is located in a vibrant area with plenty of options for dining and exploring. Guests mentioned that there is a restaurant downstairs with delicious food and a great atmosphere.
