This hotel offered a truly luxurious experience, with exclusive amenities that met all our needs. the Spa & wellness centre was outstanding, with a rooftop pool and sun terrace providing amazing views. the massage and steam room made us feel completely rejuvenated. the restaurant was top-notch, offering special diet menus, halal and kosher food. Our room was beautifully decorated and offered exclusive facilities that made us feel like royalty.

the bar area could have been more inviting as it lacked a bit of atmosphere.

I loved the location of the hotel. It was so convenient to walk to all the attractions and high-end stores in the area. The staff, from the front desk to the doormen and concierge, were all fantastic and made me feel welcome. The junior suite I stayed in was perfect, with an exquisite view and a dreamy starry roof above the bed. The room amenities, like the Jo Malone toiletries and complimentary fully loaded mini bar, added a luxurious touch to my stay. The room service and food at the 1-star Michelin restaurant were fantastic. The staff at the lobby were friendly and always were really nice too ensure my safety in the city. I had a wonderful experience at Monument Hotel and would highly recommend it.
